The wine opener works great! The only problem i've had is with softer corks, it has a hard time with those.

This works great, unless you open several bottles each week, and then you will be on the phone trying to order and receive replacement "worms" or corkscrew parts.

We thought one worm lasted 1000 bottles. When ours failed in a few months we were concerned our consumption was excessive.
Then, a few weeks later a second broke.
However, we are so fond of our Brookstone Opener, we will order another dozen worms and keep opening and enjoying.
