The product is handy due to its size, but lacks the power of a plug in, so it has limited use for relaxing my old, tense muscles. I can take it easily when we travel, but needs more power.

Used it for a slight strain in my lower back. I was about to flight cross country and was not looking forward to a long flight with back pain. This helped my back and made the trip comfortable.
