We love this wine rack. It is just what we were looking for. The only issue is that it was VERY difficult to assemble. I bought it for my husband's birthday and planned to assemble and surprise him with it, but there was no way I could get it assembled by myself. Even when my husband I worked together to assemble it, it was a challenging task. Once it was finally together, we were really pleased with the final product. It's sturdy and just what my husband wanted!!!

This product is exactly as advertised. High capacity, works well. Since it is unfinished, may opt to put it in storage rather than living space. Only design shortcoming is that it can tend to be a little wobbly and should be fastened to the wall when using it to store heavy stuff like wine.

Here's the deal -- I love this wine rack. It is perfect in every way. Sold my house, and new buyer insisted on retaining the wine rack, so naturally I purchased another one to take with me.
It allows a LOT of bottles to be organized in a minimum amount of space AND it is great looking and vey stable. LOVE IT - TWICE! End of story.

Takes time to put together but be patient and DON'T tighten anything in advance like instructions say (I did not read them until after and caused much grief to myself) But now that it's together it's beautiful! Now how am I going to afford 156 bottles of Wine! Don't store your wines in the cardboard boxes get one of these.You will love it.

I know people have said the shelves are easy to put together, but it took two of us over 90 minutes and several near divorces to assemble the shelves. Once we got five of them in, the rest went better, but it was very difficult. Until you can tighten the rods, everything is twisting and very hard to keep straight. Now that it's done, and we're still married, we really like it and it is great for our growing wine collection.

Overall it is a sturdy wine rack, the only problem was that the 4 legs were not "plumb" - my husband used a bit of sandpaper and elbow grease to correct the uneveness.

This was nice overall. Some shelves were not sanded as nice as I hoped though. You need to read directions. It look simple to put together, but if you don't do it in the right order you have to start all over. My husband found this out as he never follows directions.

But all the shelves come preassembled, but there were a couple that the staples came out and you have to pound them back in. We put this in our basement unfinished and loved the look and the fresh smell of wood.

The wine rack will hold a good selection of wines. One shelf was warped, wood probably not thoroughly cured. Additional stability supports were used to tie it into the studs in a closet.

You must read the instructions first-OR-task becomes very frustrating..this is all that is necessary for this unit goes together very easily after the read. GREAT LOOKING and very worthy of the fine wines of the day.

When we purchased this, we did not realize it needed to be secured against a wall. Finding the proper hardware to do this hs slowed down the process.

The wine rack is really nice. I liked it so much I bought the plain shelves which match to sit next to it. The only downside is that the wood is soft which causes some rough edges. However, I would have no problem recommending the product, buying another for myself when the time arises or giving one as a gift.

You have to be careful during assembly to avoid grease marks on the wood because the hardware has been lubricated and you find yourself adjusting parts frequently until everything is tightened up. Once assembled the unit is rock solid and looks exactly as I expected. If you plan to finish the wood I would strongly suggest doing so before assembly.

The only reason I didn't give it five stars was the price.

Wine rack is very convenient. I would prefer to have a choice of color to choose from instead of plain wood, however it is as advertised. Make sure to have a corner space available because this rack can't be used in middle of a room due to the fact that the back and sides are open.

I really like this wine rack. The shelves are far enough apart for bigger bottles or odd shapes, and there is plenty of space for wine (54 spaces). This wine rack was the perfect finishing touch to our wine room. The light colored wood really makes our wine bottles stand out. It is very sturdy although we bolted ours to the wall as recommended just to make sure. Both regular sized and larger sized bottles fit perfect! It was super easy to put together and 2 people can carry it very easily. My husband and I shopped wine racks for nearly a year and this was by far the best and very inexpensive compared to others. I highly recommend this product.

For my application, I decided to stain the rack to meet my darker color preferences, but out of the box the product is attractive. I integrated the entire Swedish shelving system into a customized wine cellar and storage room that receives compliments from all of my guests. If you need flexible, sturdy storage, I highly recommend this product.
