I bought this Therapeutic Hot and Cold Neck Wrap because I was in a car accident and was experiencing some pain. This handy Neck Wrap is so easy to use - stick it in the microwave until it's comfortable for me (you can put it in up to 90 seconds; I have been putting it in for about 60 seconds)and put it on my neck and it really does help relieve the pain. I wish it wouldn't take so long to get cold (it says it should be in the freezer for 4 hours), but I haven't tried it that way yet. However, I'm sure it would help a sprained ankle.
