Previously, it took literally 4 different alarm clocks starting 2 hours before we needed to get up, to get us up, a half hour late! Now we each have our Sleeptracker, and it wakes us up at exactly the right time for us every day, so we get those 2 hours of good sleep back, AND we get up on time! It's a little chunky (you get used to quickly), and the software needs more features (coming soon says the company!), but all in all great for anyone who's not a morning person!
