I keep this out on our deck 24/7 and when we have parties I run it off off my stereo in our den. It's about 40' with 2 or 3 walls in between and it sounds and plays flawlessly!!! Never had any interference. Most guests who haven't seen one before tell me they are going to get one for themselves.

This is really a rather amazing system, which delivers very good sound outdoors with the advantage of having its design make it multi-directional. The bass enhancing feature provides an adequate bottom range. Its light weight makes it portable, but it also has a substantial feel that ensures durability. The wireless range is good. We have connected the transmitting box to a computer with iTunes and our entire music library and have been most pleased with its performance on a nearby patio and somewhat farther removed deck. The only complaint (which is quite minor) is that there is occasionally just the slightest trace of high-range electronic interference during the quietest portions of instrumental music, but the speaker's advantages far outweigh this very small flaw and should not dissuade anyone from purchasing it.

Great item especially with my Sirius Satellite MP3 player. My only regret is the volume needs to be a just a bit higher but I like my music loud and am use to my outside Bose system. Expect to use it on your deck or patio but not as a sound system for the entire back yard. If you are realistic with its use you will absolutely love it. I even use it inside. Plenty of volume to use it there. Maybe too much!

Instead of wiring the whole yard for outdoor sound, we just take this wireless speaker with us wherever we are on that day (on the patio, in the garden, under the trees). It's been great company when we're weeding and gardening, when we've spontaneously had barbeques, or even for our occasional star party (adds great ambiance :>).

Although this item looks a bit clumsy, it has great sound. We bought it to use in the yard while working on outdoor projects or entertaining on the deck. It sounds great for both and we love the handle to cary it to the next site.

My wife and I love long, relaxing soaks in the tub. What could be better than a waterproof, wireless speaker in the bathroom so we can listen to our over 1000 CD collection. The transmitter is connected to our Receiver which is connected to a 400 CD Changer, in the living room. We live in a pre-war (1929) building in Manhattan, the walls are "bunker" thick, and yet there is no signal problem.

We use it in conjuntion with our outdoor speakers so we do not have to have it 'cranked' to the max! The kids bring it near the trampoline and we leave it on the porch....Awesome product! A must for anyone looking to have tunes outside or even in! Just move it along with you!

I use this while weeding the garden, relaxing on the patio, during parties, in the garage, etc. It is lightweight and easy to carry. My granddaughter listens to music at bedtime and uses the light as a nightlight and since both are very "cool" bedtime is not a problem for me. The only thing I don't really like is that I can't change the radio station, but that's not too big a deal for me.

The speaker allowes me to listen to XM radio while I relax in the spa in the backyard. Really cut down on wires and cords needed. Only complaint is finding the right placement in order to receive quality transmission and get quality sound. Looking forward to setting up an entertainment center in gazebo with speaker as sound system for music, movies, and TV.

Love to be able to enjoy our stereo while we are outdoors

We hooked this up to our TV, computer & Ipod and it worked great with all 3 outputs. It has a crystal clear sound and no static even 100 feet away and through a few walls/doors. This is a great unit for our outdoor parties!

I bought this for my husband as a fathers day gift. We had been looking to set up outdoor speakers but didn't want to pay the price at this time. We had seen this in the store a few months back but were a little skeptical about its power, range, quality,etc. and both my husband and are aren't to technically inclined. However, i decided to try it and we couldn't be more happy with it. We had a big summer party a few weeks back and everyone was commenting on it and asking where we had gotten it! And it was so easy for us to set up!!! definitely happy with the purchase, especially for the price!

We use the player as an outdoor speaker to play music off the computer. Sound quality is low, but I don't expect one should expect much from a speaker this size.

I receieved this as a Christmas gift and was surprised when I first used this wireless speaker. It has a nice sound and was very easy to set up. Basically there's a transmitter that you use an RCA cable to connect to the audio out jacks on your TV or set top box and select one of the four output settings. Make sure the speaker it set to the same 1-4 setting and plug each in and turn each on. (The speaker can use D batteries, although I had never tried it powered on batteries.)I use it primarily for baseball games and also for the digital cable music-only stations. The shape of the speaker makes grabbing it and moving it around really easy.I've since ordered an additional one, I like it that much.I would certainly recommend it, although when it's not on sale I think [$] is a bit too high.

Connect to my computer to play from various music sources on line & on file on my harddrive. Easy to operate, great sound, good range. Saved me from having to run wires & speakers through walls & attics.

I actually haven't had a chance to set up this product yet. We have an XM radio hooked up to speakers and a subwolfer inside our house and wanted to use this outside speaker to listen to XM outside on our deck. However, we already have the XM radio plugged in the output needed for the outdoor speaker to work. So,I haven't been able to listen to the speaker yet to tell you about sound quality. But, the speaker looks nice.

This is a very practical and stylish wireless speaker. It is great for the patio and area where it may get wet. Sound quality is good for a one speaker system. Think about those speakers you hear at Disney World shaped like rocks =).

Very nice way to take your music outside where the party usually is Spring, Summer, and Fall. We connect right to our computer or stereo and carry it outside - by the convenient handle. Can't change stations/songs remotely this way, but the mp3 option gives you that flexibility. Batteries last a long time too! This really beats the old rusted boom box.

Great around the pool

Impressive for a wireless speaker system. I have owned so many that just sounded like garbage. When we turned it on the sound was crummy, but we realized quickly that if we spin it 90* it becomes bell clear. I mean very very clear for a wireless setup.

Bought to listen to music while entertaining poolside. Nice design and cool blue light. Limited range and some static if too far from source.
