This is a good pillow for people with smaller necks. It supports their neck better. Love this pillow and helps me sleep better.

I'm of a fan performance. If a product works, even if it is a no-named brand, then it works and I'll gladly pay the price.
It appears to be the case for this product. I was suffering from restless sleeps. My old pillow (firm) didn't give me the elevation to my neck, for a nice comfortable support. Nights after nights I would twist and turn staring at the ceiling hoping I would 'somehow' fall asleep. I do -- 1 to 2 hours later. That's why I bought this pillow. The problems were solved.
The Tempurpedic pillow was very comfortable, and more importantly, firm. The pillow isn't one that annoys you when you place your head on it. It sinks down, slowly, in one of the most comfortable fashion I've experience (think of a firm inflated balloon slowly releasing air) till it reached an optimum but enjoyable position that will let you rest.
Note: I'm a fan of firm pillows. I can't sleep on anything soft and squishy so I recommend this for anyone who likes their pillows firm.

This neck pillow was recommended by my physiotherapist, as I have a problem called cervical radiculopathy (neck). Since using this product I find that I rest better at nights as the pillow conforms to the shape of my neck. I must say I'm glad that I purchased it. It is really a wonderful product.
