We drink a glass of wine every night with dinner, and use our chiller to obtain the correct temperature for the best taste. It's easy to use and fun! The only drawback that we have observed with our chiller is that it may take awhile to reach the desired temp. and/or it fails to reach the desired temp. by a degree or two.

I've given two of these chillers as gifts and both recipients complained that if they weren't ready to drink the wine when it reached the proper temp, the beeper just kept on forever. Needs to have a way to turn the beeper off and leave the wine in the chiller until guests are ready to drink it.l

Found that red wines apparently should be served a lot cooler than I thought. Sometimes takes awhile to cool whites from room temp.

Nice design, looks great on kitchen counter. Place whites and reds in refrig' for awhile prior to using to speed up the chilling / right temp adjustment..

I purchased this as a present for my brother & sister-in-law. They loved it!! I do agree with the others that for the chilling part it does take a long time. As for the warming of your wine it is perfect. They said it was perfect for that use and made the wine taste awesome. All in all they love using it.

We leave the wine chiller on our bar. Works much better than having lukewarm white wine, hiking back to the refrigerator, or creating a water mess if you stick it in a bucket of ice.

I was excited to receive this as a Christmas gift, as I had given one to someone else, and thought I would love to have one. I was anxious to see how well it worked, and used a Chardonnay from my wine cabinet as the test bottle. It was found to be at a room temp of 70 degrees, and needed to chill to a recommnded 47 degrees. It took close to an HOUR for this bottle to cool to 47 degrees. It had been advertised to chill in 25 minutes. I really could have cooled it quicker by chilling it in an ice bucket or the freezer. It's best use may be to keep a bottle chilled, while it is open.

Great for fast chilling a wine. Gets your red wine to a just a perfect chill. No mess or prep like the ones you have to add ice to.

I shopped around before ordering and believe it was the best value for the money.

I agree that the marketing of this product is a bit off-- It doesn't take "just minutes" to chill a white. A bottle of chardonnay took about 45 minutes for me. I can't complain too much since I got this as a gift, but I don't think I'd recommend it to a friend. As stated previously, though, it is a fun accessory to have at parties as it is a real conversation starter.

Our son and daughter-in-law are redoing their home and drink wine every night at dinner. This was a perfect gift for them. They used it immediately and were thrilled with it. This is the first gift we have bought for them over the last 10 years that was not returned/exchanged! Once you set your desired temperature sit back and relax the wine chiller does all the work and alerts you when you wine is ready. Why not invest in an attractive and useful tool to get the upmost in quality of your favorite wines!
