First came the lever-pull...then the rabbit...then along came this cork-removal system, and we knew we finally had THE tool we had wished for for so long! Using it is a simple pleasure: position, squeeze and lift the lever, then to remove the extracted cork, squeeze the unit with the cork in it and retract the lever. Our first unit has been used hundreds of times with no obvious wear or loosening of joints, etc. Unlike the rabbit which started to break down after 20 uses or so. This extractor is also easier to hold and more comfortable to operate.
The extractor is alone worth the cost of the kit, but the gift presentation is great, and the foil cutter that comes with it also works so well, that we use it daily. The included stopper and pouring spout are added gravy! Highly recommended!

This product is very easy to use, and you will never break the cork into a bottle of wine again! It is gentle on the hands and easy on the eyes. I especially like the attractive case it can be stored in. Makes a great gift!
