We got it to provide better support on the RV bed but also use it year-round on our home bed. Even though our home bed is a pillow top, this adds just a little bit more that alleviates achiness in arthritic hips and back.

I originally bought one for my queen sized bed.Loved it! I then bought one for my college age daughter who was complaining about the dorm mattress. She is thrilled with it...getting better sleep. Who knows...maybe even better grades!

OK...after using for about a week I'm ready to revise my previous review...it STILL doesn't feel plush or particularly soft, but I'm getting the best sleep I can ever recall!! Previously I used to wake up frequently by my own tossing and turning, often because one of my arms was asleep since I typically sleep on my side. On those rare occasions when I was still asleep when the alarm went off, I would often have difficulty even turning it off since I had no feeling in my arm. Now I sleep straight through the night and the alarm has had to wake me every morning! I am totally amazed! It still feels firm yet obviously allows for better circulation than my softer pillow top ever gave me; I assume because it DOES relieve the pressure points as advertised. I am now a believer and convert!

I was a bit concerned when the topper arrived as it does have a smell when initially opened. I unrolled it, and it aired out beautifully with no lingering odor. I added this product to an already awesome bed...I had proper expectations and it has delivered on every level. I highly recommend any of the N.A.P. products. My parents have the same topper and the pillows...they have never slept better, and my Dad's snoring has improved (my mom pretty much owes her life to Brookestone for this alone).Highly recommended!
