It is great to be able to see at a glance what the weather forecast is, without having to log on the computer or wait for it on the TV news. It updates every 15 minutes so it always shows the latest. Only problem is when there's a 30-40% chance of rain, it either shows sunny (and then the rain surprises me) or rainy (and then I'm surprised when it's sunny all day). Wish there was a way to show the chance of rain. But all-in-all, a great product.

We were able to use it as soon as put the batteries in it. We have it on the refridgerator this way we can check the weather every morning. Our friends love it also and are always asking where they can buy one.

This product is excellent. Clearly displays weather 5 days out just as advertised. HOWEVER it will only show the weather for major cities so if you live in, say, southern Washington, you'd have to choose between Portland or Seattle, both of which are greater than 90 mins away. You can pay for a service which will let you have the weather for ANY zip code, but, it isn't free of course. The reception is excellent inside my home. It doesn't have to be by a window to get a good signal. It is always up to date. Other than the zip code limitations, this is a great device all around.

I'm actually on my second one. The first one bit the dust for unknown reasons but I just had to have another. It's accurate and zero effort to set up, just load the batteries. Speaking of batteries, expect to change them every 3-5 months which is my only complaint about the unit.

With current and forecast of the days weather, determining what to wear for work is certainly a plus, to include knowing what the weather forecast for the next day or two, and knowing the current outside temp - great product info!

Unfortunately, it only LAS (Airport); Boulder City; Henderson; Parhump and someplace in Arizona.

Where I lived in South West Las Vegas, Summerlin, our temp is different than those 5 places and the wind's are very strong. I wanted actual wind gust outside my house.

Easy to use! Works great from home or when you travel. We have a home by the beach and it has the weather at home and by the beach so we can pack for the weekend knowing ahead if it will be cool or hot! Makes a great gift because it will pick up weather anywhere!

I use the product to plan my day/week. It saves the time of catching the news or going on line. Everything is concisely organized and easy to understand. Thought it was a bit pricey.

i have 2 of these it works great in savannah ga where it gets the weather signal properly. in brunswick ga it doesn't pick up the signal and i don't think i should have to pay [$]monthly to get the correct signal for that area..that is not right

This looks like it belongs on the fridge. The size is perfect and the info is accurate. I get a strong signal in the kitchen so it's always being updated. The clock is always right &I can rely on it to make sure my others are correct. But the forecast part really is PERFECT. I don't have to wait for a weather report. Just a quick glance at this will do. And it's constantly being updated. A bit pricey, but WORTH IT!!

I love this product. With 2 young kids and a busy professional life, I rely on this tool to guide me in choosing what we wear from day to day. Without it, I was always sending my kids to school without a coat or dressing too warmly for a nice day. The forcasts update instantly and it is easy to read.

This is a great item if you live near a big city. I live about 8 miles north of Detroit and it gives me the weather in Detroit. However, it also gives me the weather in Grand Rapids MI, Indianapolis IND, South Bend IND, and Fort Wayne IND none of which are anywhere close to me. To get closer service you need to pay a premium price, so if you live in or near a "big" city, this is for you. If you live in the "boonies", forget it.

We check out the weather forecaster every morning before getting ready for work and various times during the day. It helps us to know what to wear, if we need to bring an umbrella, and what (if any) outdoor activities we can do for 5 days(grilling, outdoor chores, etc.). The pictures make it fun and it's nice that it has the time too. What's great is that it doesn't have TOO much information on there. It's basic and easy. The only thing I see that could be better is the fact that when the weather changes during the day (rainy to sunny), the picture doesn't change with it. I guess that's not how it works though.

I purchased this for a gift for my boss. It is kept in the office so I get to "use" it as well. It takes up very little room, and is very accurate at predicting the weather. Just put in the batteries and that's it!!

Unfortunately after purchasing this item our zip code was removed from the coverage area - so our service is currently very spotty (updates perhaps every 3 days). Make sure your area is covered before taking it home!!!
