you need to use the two piilows together because one is just too flat. I expected more of a substantial pillow. Together they are comfortable.
I guess its worth the sale price, but would never be worth more than that.
Unless its my imagination, it seems the sample in the store had more substance.
They are comfy...just need 4 per bed.

I bought 2 pillows thinking they will be great, as most of Brookstone's products. What a disaster of pillows....too soft !!!! I have even tried putting both of them in the same pillowcase but it is too high and uncomfortable.

Finally and after trying to get used to them I have put them away and keeping them for an ocasional guest.

Don't buy them unless you like veeeery soft pillows.

I liked the softness of the cover but they are too soft, we need a little more firmer pillows. Doesn't feel like a real down pillow. We have our goose down pillows bought in Germany and they are great, but my husband is allergic and I wanted to try these. So soft I put the 2 of them together in the same pillowcase and then it was better. We are back to our old pillows and will keep these new ones for guests, we just spent [$] and can't get them back !

I first purchased two sets of pillows. Loved them so much I went back and purchased three additional sets for family and friends. Once your head hits the pillow, you are on a cloud. No tossing, no turning throughout the night. I have tried many different pillows for my neck, however these are by far the best. I would recommed these to anyone who wants a great night sleep.

The other people online are correct - these pillows are very soft and very thin. Two of them together adds up to a little less than one regular pillow, in terms of thickness. However, they are incredibly soft and comfortable, and worth the money if you are aware in advance how thin they are. I am all about softness, and these pillows certainly are. However, I will put two together in one pillowcase as an option for guests, as I need a pillow that is thicker.

In an attempt to manage chronic neck pain I've tried so many pillows - down with more or less loft, memory foam, other fiber-fills even paying much more for high-end pillows. I've been so relieved to find that these pillows truly do make a difference. They provide just the right amount of support so that I'm not waking to adjust them all the time. I fall asleep and stay asleep with the pillow doing its job without my messing with it. I ordered a set for my daughter and granddaughter as well as for a friend who claims they are like sleeping on clouds. We're ALL happy. These really ARE better than better...they are the best!

Great set of pillows. At first I was unsure how comfortable they would be, but I really love them now. I had originally purchased them for some pillow shams to decorate the bed, but have since changed my pillows out and use this one everynight. It could be a little thicker, but it does hold its shape and had quickly become a favorite pillow.

These pillows are pretty good for sleeping if you like it really really soft (Super Soft). The material is very nice, clean and not cheap at all. I thought they would be a little more firm but are just too soft for my taste but still a good buy.

Since brookstone is a respect store where I have bought other products from, I trusted their website and accurate protrayal of their item. I was very pleased to receive the pillows. They were perfect. Not to hard or soft. So comfortable annd doesnt loose shape or make my head feel weird. This pillow leaves no lines on my face its perfect for waking up beautiful and bright in the morning! I would highly recommen this!

The pillow is comfortable- however the pillow smells very bad from being incased in the plastic-it has taken over 3 weeks for the smell to disipate.

What a buy! The set came with the comforter and I LOVE both!!! They are warm and machine washable, and they look and feel great. Wish I had bought two sets.

I have always had down pillows and decided to try this pillow when my down pillow finally wore out. I bought the comforter and got the set that included 2 pillows. The pillows are incredibly comfortable. My only regret is that they do not make them in a King size pillow. The pillows keep their shape, yet are soft and squishy, but not so much that it feels like you do not have support. Since I've used this pillow, my neck ache has gone away.
