I bought this bed rest tonight for reading, watching TV and using my laptop in bed. I will return it tomorrow. It is extremely uncomfortable. The arms do not extend out far enough. And, because the back is rigid and doesn't lean back in a comfortable position, my head and neck were in an awkward position and I felt ill. The massage feature was useless - it was way too strong and was not relaxing at all.

wish it actually 'ratcheted' back in different positions; massage is very very mild- just a light buzz-type vibration; no neck support at all; headrest needs to be adjustable.
very nice material! ultra plush and soft. comfortable armrests; light is convienient, though not very bright; very light-weight; wide enough for even heavy people like myself.

I got this as a gift, and then returned it. It is a good idea, but doesn't quite work how you'd want it to. When you lean back on it the sides go up and if you were to have a drink it there the drink would spill all over the place. This needs to be redesigned if they are going to slap such a high price tag on this.

Very good idea, loved the light. Sits to upright, not bendable and doen not mold to the body. A wall would be just as comfortable. Not deep enough either, would be better if it leaned back slightly without the arms leaning with it. Wished it worked for us. Husband has a bad neck and has to study in bed, thought this would be a solve all, not so :( a few adjustments and would have been great.

Received this massaging bed rest as a Christmas gift from my husband. He rocks! It's comfortable and I use it every day.

One con is that my elbow tends to turn off the reading light because of the where my arms hit the armrests.

It's not really a con, but it would be a great great product if it included heat. I add my heating pad and wow!

I love it!!

I use this to read while in bed. Upright and firm, definitely better then pillows. However, the cushion emits a strong plastic odor. I am returning mine for another product.

It is way overpriced for what it is. The arm's are too short and I am only 5'4" IF you put your arms on the rest you would knock over your drink. The massage only vibrates...so causes a headache. It doesn't massage. Overall...a total waste of money. You would be better off with a cheap one from somewhere else.

I loved the idea especially for my father who is a stroke patient & needs head support especially when he nodes off. I was dissapointed when the messager came. It is very short in the back & arm rest area. I am only 5'2" & found it too short for me. The massager is nice & the light but the cup holder is placed too far back.
