We adore our Tempur-Pedic mattress (my husband resisted at first but he is the one who can't sleep on anything else) and this neck pillow goes with me everywhere because nothing else is as comfortable. But I've had two, and both have ripped down the middle very early in the course of normal use, which is pretty annoying for an [$]pillow.

Bought this after being recommended by my daughter who now lives in London...Her best hint: Turn the U around so that the back of your neck is against the seat and the front and sides of your face are supported. A better night's sleep "crossing the pond" than I had imagined possible! Most unexpected use: my husband SAT on his to provide a more comfy seat! :-)

I haven't yet used the product. We leave on our trip soon. Looks like it will be a winner but I wish it could be cleaned - a cover that could go in the wash would be nice. I thought it was expensive for what you get.

I purchased cushion in advance of a 14 hour flight and am using it on trips by car. It provides excellent support alleviating pain in neck, shoulders and back.

This is my second tempur-pedic travel pillow. we had a knock off brand also and it did not hold up as well as the tempur-pedic, this one is really worth the price, my first one is at least 3 years old and still perfect. The only downside is it is very firm and therefore takes up alot of space. However that is certainly worth it compared to the neck pain you get without it.

This is the best airline travel pillow on the market. I've travelled over 1 million air miles and have tried them all. It also works in hotels; I use it on top of the provided pillow and it gives me all the support I need to get a good night's sleep; and an added bonus is how the pillow retains your body heat so the neck stays comfortably warm and helps me overcome jet lag and I sleep better. It fits nicely in my computer bag, without adding a lot of weight or bulk. I highly recommend this product for any road warrior. The saying you get what you pay for applies for travel pillows, and this one is worth every cent. I also use it when I'm at home.

I purchased this travel pillow for my two week travels throughout Europe. It is my new best friend. It can also double as a normal pillow because it provides superb neck support. I was hesitant to spend the money, but it was well worth the investment. I have recommended it to many of friends who have tried it out and plan to purchase their own! I wish that it had a carrying case for easier transport.
