I teach childbirth classes. I use this CD during relaxation practice in class. I also own SonicAid's CD for relaxation but like this one better for closing one's eyes, breathing deeply and tuning into the body. The music never calls attention to itself. It promotes slow, deep abdominal breathing.

I have insomnia and take all kinds of medication that does not work. Then I got the Sleep and Relaxation CD's. I fall asleep before the end of the CD. What's funny is that when the music starts, my cat comes over and puts her little head on my pillow and goes soundly to sleep. We both sleep great! We both love it! A good night's sleep really makes a difference to every aspect of your life.
