The LED light was adjustable and a nice touch. Had trouble with the timer when set for 4 8 or 12 hours. Didn't shut off automatically. Decided to return item within the return policy

This timer does not have to be set or reprogramed depending on the weather contitions. It will turn on at dusk, when ever it is.
