Horrible product. Runs for only a couple on minutes. The packaging requires specialized screwdriver to open. (No kidding!) Do NOT buy this. It is a complete rip off.

I bought these cars for my sons, ages 4 and 7, to satisfy their desire for radio controlled cars and to give them some extra fun during long winter indoor days. My husband bought a few for colleagues at work. They are a hit with both crowds. Excellent for indoors as they are quite small and don't require a lot of space for fun driving. Best on smooth surfaces although they tolerate short carpet. The controls are not difficult for older children but can be for younger (the 4 year old does get frustrated with it). They look incredible and are easy to get set up and rolling. They're sturdy overall although one car's side mirror did break off after several crashes. I would definitely buy this item again.

This product is great fun and one of the best quality RC cars I have seen. Clever packaging is first rate and sets this apart from other RC products. The display case is also a charging stand, and the remote is stored inside the base. The car does perform well and is easy to drift on smooth wood floors. Only drawback is that it doesn't track straight when the turbo feature is used. Overall a great value and lots of entertainment in a small package.

my Wife has wanted a Mini for some time, and she specifically asked for a Coop convert for Christmas. I did surprise her with this remote control car - - it received a lot of laughs from friends and family....and, she and the kids loved playing with it (lights really work, and goes super fast in forward and reverse). I did redeem myself, and bought the real thing a couple of weeks later for our anniversary. Anyway, the toy, which has a collector's case, stands as a reminder of the great memories. Occasionally, it gets broken out for the open road...or, living room/hall way, rather. If buying as a true RC, be aware that the charge doesnt last very long before needing to snap back onto the battery pack; otherwise, still lots of fun!

My kid plays with this for while, he did mention that it's kinda hard to control. one of his recommendation was that it should have a flip over move, so he doesn't need to run over and pick it up and put it in an upright position.

when ordering more than one, please send various colors ie no duplications. when we ordered you had 3 colors to choose from but once you order more than one, we did not see how we could select colors for each of the 3 cars we ordered. as a result we received 2 with the same color - which makes it hard for the 3 kids to play with them together (each color has a diff frequency)

The instructions were confusing and it took about an hour to figure out how to work the car. My grandchildren were so excited, but by the time I figured out how to work it, they lost interest. I discovered you have to have a completely flat surface and nothing in the way. It is hard to get started and almost imposible to control. Then my granddaugther broke the antenna and it hardly works at all now. I think I will just put it in the little case and just let them look at it or play with it without the remote. It is a good looking model and has a nice base and case.

If you have pets and their hair is around on the floor you may want to sweep up before using these little guys on the floor. The dog hair is a pain to get unwrapped from the axle.
Other than that these little guys are a blast!! I would recomend this if you want to have some fun with your kids!! My daughter & I have been racing these guys around the house since Christmas. We never get tired of them. Now the dog on the other hand heads for the door when we pull them out!!
Buy a pair, today!!

I bought this for an out of town nephew so I really can't comment on how the product works, as I did not get to see it in action. [...] Packaging was good. It is a nice looking car, but a little smaller than I expected (I would compare it to a matchbox size car.) It does take 5 batteries...I'm not sure how long the battery life is on this product. Cute little car...would be great for a collector.

Bought some, then bought more. These bring SOO much joy to everyone - ages 7-87!. I gave every guy a "convertible" for Christmas, and the races were SO much fun. I just wish all 4 colors were on 4 different frequencies, instead of just 2...
The turbo boost makes them F-A-S-T, and the working headlights let's them stalk people's toes in the dark!

We purchased four cars and the kids enjoyed them on Christmas Day except for one that drives to one side and is difficult to control. Three out of four is not bad I guess. Two of the four work on the same frequency so those two cars need to operate a distance apart. That being said, the kids enjoyed them very much and they are still enjoying them!

Very well built and detailed. First impression is that it would break easily, but we have used it extensively over the Christmas holiday, and except that the onboard power cell needs to visit the 'charger block' frequently, it has always run properly. The batteries in the 'charger' last about 6-7 recharges..

I bought two as gifts- one for my 49 yo boyfriend and one for my 20 yo son. Within the first hour, they had jumps and ramps for the cars to race over. One now resides in a doctor's office for the doctor and employees to race up and down the halls. The other has been jumped off the coffee table and who knows what else at my son's place. Very durable. Quick charge. Super fast on flat surfaces. Works, but slower on carpet.

We purchased 2 of these for our children and they loved playing with them together. Both of them broke their antenna within 2 days, but they still worked. They just had to stand closer to the car. The cars are well made and durable. I'd just emphasize care with the antenna. We had to go buy a long small screwdriver to open the box. Otherwise, these are great.

I bought 5 of these cars so that all of us could race them around the house(I had a gift card that covered most of the cost). Everyone had a ball with them. If you buy more than 1, make sure to request different RC frequencies, otherwise you end up with 1 remote controlling multiple cars. Out of 5 cars we only had 2 different frequencies, so only 2 of us could really play at once(Which was not what we were trying to accomplish). The turbo is a nice touch.
You need to have a pretty long skinny screwdriver (A #1 flat head roughly 2 inches...to get the screws out to open the packaging. All my screwdrivers were either too fat or not quite long enough)

First of all I thought this would be a great gift for my 18 year old son and his dad. Something they could do together, remember old times when they used to have remote controll cars and race each other. It was very nostalgic. The cars come in really great colors. They are kind of hard to get the batteries into, and you have to make sure you take out all of the screws or you cannot remove the car from it's holder. The batterys do not last very long, but it is so great that when the car goes forward the headlights come on, making for a great night race. All in all they were a good gift and I am glad I purchased them.

I bought two cars, red and blue, on sale. Each operates on different frequency, so I can drive them together. Great fun indoors on hard surfaces. Cars are small(~ 3.5 in by 1.5 in). Small wheels make driving on carpet slow or infeasible, depending on the thickness. Working headlights are added plus. My grandson (6) enjoys lots when he visits and we race. Cars recharge very quickly on their bases < 5 mins. Base is also nice for covered storage and display of cars.

Neat RC car of this cool brand! Great detail, well made and works great. Turbo boast is a really neat feature for finishing off your opponent! Instructions were clear and easy to follow, and car was up and running in no time!
One important point... You will need a tiny phillips screwdriver (#0) to get the car out of the packaging! Without it, either the car will get broken during removal, or you will simply have to dream about the fun you will have driving it.

The car could not be charged. The charger light would not stay lit, meaning that the charger was not working so my son could not even try this once!! Very disappointed. Hardly worth the gas to go and try to exchange. Piece of junk!!

This is a fun little car for older kids (9+) and adults. It zips around great on hardwood and linoleum floors but does get hung up in dust and pet hair. At the price, the most fun is to get two and race them (which we did). This car is not going to last forever, but it's worth the price in how easy it is to operate for the time my daughter will actually remain interested in it.

My grandson got it up and going real fast on Christmas day. He squeled with delight that even the headlights worked. The only down fall he had was that the tile floor he played on had dog hair and the wheels got clogged up. He still had alot of fun with it sipping around all of us walking and chair legs.

Bought two and they are great. Recharge up fast. Better than expected. Both are on same freq. and can not race and operate at same time in same area. Other than that , all is great. Good value for buck if you buy on sale.

After using a number of these style vehicles I was impressed with how quickly it recharges and how long it lasts on a charge.
I use it to entertain my two cats and along with the fun of the chase is the fact that the headlights light up when going forward; that really attracts their attention.
Minor (really) Cons: Need a very strong screwdriver to unpack this and get it ready; the antenna on the controller will bend if a cat attacks it just right...keep out of paw distance! But it straightened up just fine.

I was disappointed with the size, and with the first crash the rear view mirrors smashed off.

The control is ok but the distance is poor, so you have to stay close by when using it

It is fun and cheat to operate and charges up fast and last long time on charge. Wish both were on different freq so two people to have one at the same time to race.

This high flying Mini Cooper Is an amazing toy. I maneuvered this car through 4 chair legs w/ table legs. The precision steering helps out a lot. There isn't an RC car better!

Range is about 15 feet which is not bad at all. All I can say is that this product is really fun to play with. Works really well on wood, not too well on carpet.

This toy is fun for all ages.The battery life is decent, it charges pretty quickly and the fact that it has a turbo button makes it really fun to play with espicially if your trying to jump the car over somthing with a ramp. The only thing i dont like about it is that it doesent have a high frequency thus you can only drive it up to 10 feet away from you, either than that its a great toy and i reccomend it to all ages.
