I bought this pillow because I wanted a nice, firm, feather pillow. I ordered it online because the reviews were good, and the description said firm but soft. When it was delivered, I was so excited. I took it out of the box, and tested it out (with the plastic still on) and my head sunk right down to the mattress. It was like I had no pillow at all! What a waist of money. I could have gotten a better pillow at a discount supermarket. [...] I was not happy at all!

Combination of feathers and down are great together. Soft but holds its shape when fluffed (or how I like to use it, doubled over in half to make it twice as thick). Order one size bigger than your bed (e.g. king sized pillow for a queen bed) -- you won't regret it. Only con is occasionally a feather pokes through, but I've never owned a feather pillow that didn't.
