The new SymphonyPillow features a softer formula of TEMPUR® pressure-relieving material. It responds to temperature and weight and conforms to every contour of your head and neck. This helps relieve shoulder, neck and back discomfort by allowing neck and shoulder muscles to relax completely. The pillow also features a unique dual-sided design. A gently arched side provides additional support to the head and neck for back sleepers. A more traditionally shaped side offers just the right support and comfort for side sleepers. Both sides provide plush and pressure-relieving comfort for any sleeping position. Allergen- and mite-resistant cover is removable and machine-washable.

I purchased this pillow as I have always had sore neck and shoulders when I awake. This pillow allows me to sleep on my side without my neck getting cramped or arm falling asleep. I love it so much I purchased one for every place I sleep. I moved to Australia and had to bring it with me that's how much I cant live with out it. It does smell when you first get it, but it goes away just air it out the moment you get it. If you like to sleep on your back just flip the pillow over and you are on your way to the best restful sleep ever. Purchased one for my dad as he snores when he is on his back, mom says it was the best gift i could have given her, hahah. ENJOY!

After reading many reviews of this pillow, I allowed myself to get a little excited. Perhaps *this* would be THE pillow. But it wasn't. It's too firm and doesn't allow for natural support of my neck. My head felt like it was at an odd angle and I found it impossible to find a comfortable position. This is a "medium" Symphony. I don't know if there's a softer one, but I wouldn't recommend the medium to anybody looking for something to relieve neck pain and provide soft but supportive cushioning. After one night, this one's going back. :(

I have searched for a long time for a decent pillow that doesn't cause my neck to hurt if I have slept longer than six or seven hours. This is the one. It does smell funny though (the normal tempur-pedic smell).

I was worried about the contour pillows, so this was a better choice for me. One side is much firmer than the other. They are both conforming but allow for different levels of support. This is great for back and side sleeping.

What a wonderful pillow. While I’ve owned a Tempur-Pedic bed for several years, I wasn’t sure if the pillows were for me. However, I’m a happy convert in that department now, too. Plus, they hold up so well, I won’t have to replace them every year like I do my old-fashioned pillows.
