I'll be curious to see if Brookstone published both postive and negatoive reviews if they dontthen we know the reviews are suspicious. The Hydro Pulse lated les then a year and developed a leak and lost pressure. The compny refused to send replaceent and I was advised I must have done something wrong. On a positive note the system works its just that the quality is bad.

I was worried at first that this product might be too difficult to use, but it's not. It helps with my sinus problems, but it is one of several things to do to improve sinus function. The book that is included with this offers great recommendations for sinus sufferers. The saline packets that come with it are very good, but are kind of expensive to replenish. I find that the hotter the water I use, the more soothing relief I get.

I like this product a lot because it is electric and all you have to do is lean over the sink so your looking at the drain and let the pulsating jet of water do its job. It's gentle and not messy as other similiar products. A little pricey but effective, so well worth it. The book that comes with it is written in an easy to read manner and is full of interesting and helpful information, tips.
