Product requires you to heat up 4-small bean-bag type sacks which are then placed in the booties. Problem is the bags on the bottom don't fit well and are very difficult to walk in - especially upstairs. Good product if put on right before a movie or sitting still. If need to do much moving around with them on, not the ideal product in my opinion.

This product performed as advertised for about a week, and then began to lose heat rapidly. 3 weeks after purchase, the linseed beanbags inside the booties ruptured. All I did was sit at my desk--I put hardly any pressure on them and followed all instructions. Be aware that you CANNOT walk around in these--they are not normal slippers, and will fall off your feet and/or break if you treat them as such. They are very poor quality for the money--a good idea, poorly executed. [...]

I get foot spasms that are painful when my feet get cold so I thought these booties were hard enough and sturdy enough to walk in but they are not. If the inserts do not break open, they are easy to insert into the bootie (kind of) and they do heat up but they do not maintain the heat with the short amount of time you can heat the inserts without breaking. So, no, they do not keep warm for a long enough time (maybe about 10 minutes).

They're great to keep cold feet toasty warm, but can only be used while sitting down. You can't walk in them--the minute you get up to answer the phone or stir the stew you have to take them off and put on regular slippers. If they had a stiff canvas outer shell (removable for washing) that would hold them tightly on your feet, they'd be perfect!

My wife bought these as a Xmas gift for me and I was a little hesitant about putting them on at first due to just having bilateral ankle fusion but they go on so easy and are so comfortable. These booties are wonderful. I have poor circulation and as a result, my feet are perpetually cold. After a long day and/or when settling in for the night, I put these booties on to warm up and relax. They are far superior to any other product with a similar use.

If you move the linseed package from the bottom of the bootie to inside the bootie, you can conform it to your ankle. I'd like to purchase more of the linseed packs.

These are not quite what I thought they were. There are 2 bags that fit insideof each bootie. They are a bit awkward to wear and keep in place. Don't even try walking in them- they will slide right off your feet.

I like the convenience of microwave heating. I did expect it too be a lot more heat, but is provides sufficient heat to relieve the stress. The flexibility of hot and cold is great. They are also very comfortable
