Microwave it for soothing heat or chill it in the freezer for cold applications. Our mask stays hot or cold up to 40 minutes, providing relaxing, rejuvenating therapy for your eyes and sinuses. Use it at home or when you travel. Soft, comfy terry cloth has a removable insert filled with organic linseed. 26" w x 4" l.

The removable insert is infused with 100% organic linseed filling. These tiny linseeds enable the mask to hug the contours of your face for better coverage and comfort. Their high oil content retains heat or cold longer--up to 40 minutes. Best of all, there are no chemicals or gels.

Heat it in the microwave.
Heat in a microwave for a few minutes, then enjoy the penetrating heat therapy for 30- 40 minutes. Reheat it as often as you like. There are no electric cords to limit your movement. A wonderful way to relax and relieve sinus pressure.

I use this mask for sinus and migraine pain. I keep it in the freezer all the time. It doesn't get extremely cold. The cold temperature lasts about 30-45 minutes, which is longer than gel packs. So better get two.

I purchased this mask to try to relieve my tired/fatigued eyes. The cold pack works pretty well, BUT be careful when using the warming mask. I used the warming mask for about 10 minutes and after I took off the mask, my eyes were extremely blurry and I could not see straight for about 20 minutes! I would suggest only using the cold mask...

The only problem is that the filling smells a little bit when it heats up and it doesn't stay warm as long as I'd like. I've really enjoyed this product so far. I'm not sure it stays cold quite as long as it claims, but it does seem to stay cold for a pretty long time, and it does relax me. I would say DO NOT microwave it to the maximum time listed on the package... that is MUCH too hot. I don't tend to like the smell of similar products, but this one is pretty good and it really only has an aroma when heated.

This product is very effective for soothing my dry eyes. It is very well made and very affordably priced. I use it heated for a couple of minutes in the microwave, morning and night. It gets deceptively warm quickly. To the touch of your hand it may not feel very warm, but it is perfect for the delicate skin around your eyes. I would highly recommend it.

The eye mask is very easy to use. Just heat in the microwave (no more than 40 seconds), and it stays warm for about 30 minutes. I use it to help keep my dry eyes moist, but sometimes I put it on my forehead to ease sinus pain. I have tried using it as a cold mask (in the freezer), but the relief is more pronounced as a heat pack.
