This highly accurate blood pressure monitor announces your current blood pressure and compares it to the World Health Organization's guidelines. It also measures systolic and diastolic pressure, mean arterial pressure, and mean pulse rate. Wrist-mounted monitor provides added comfort. Automatic pressure release system. Keeps a history of the last 60 readings per user (two users) with a day and time stamp, allowing you to track your blood pressure readings over time. Easy-to-read digital display. 12/24 hour clock with month and date display. Low battery indicator. Automatic shutoff preserves battery power.

I have used this item for almost 2 months and I love it. I'm a big guy with big wrists and this monitor has no problems taking reading. I love how it talks to you and I love the fact I can save my readings when I take them.

Currently me and my wife use this item and we both save our readings to see if what we do for the month in terms of eating and exercise helps or hurts.

When I begin to feel stress or an unexplained headache or other signs that my blood pressure may be rising, I just get the selfmonitoring blood pressure wrist band out and test my blood pressure. It's always tigh, this way I can control stress inflicted blood pressure highs and mentally work myself out of the situatoin without taking medication.
