I was surprised that the assembly was much more than I expected and required special tools. The instructions suggest hiring a pro to do this and costs start at $169. Dissappointing this is not more accurately described when buying.

I bought this as a gift for my 20-something daughter, who wanted it for low back pain (she'd used inversion tables in the training room at college). She loves it except for the fact that -- although it's "foldable" -- it is still very bulky when not in use; she thought it would fit under the bed, but it doesn't.

We use this product daily. We can only be inverted for about 2 minutes at this point, but it says you can work up to 10 minutes. You need to be sure to set the machine to the users height to make it easier to get up to a prone position.
