These heavy-gauge outdoor wicker swing covers keep out sun, cold, rain and more.
Made of tear- and puncture-resistant PVC, and lined with soft material to help prevent scratches, our covers ward off the damaging effects of sun, cold (to -22ºF), moisture, dirt and more. Fabric ties and elastic edging keep your swing securely covered—even in high winds—and velcro tabs let the swing chains pass through the cover. I bought this to cover the seats of our two seat wide deck swing. It worked even though there is extra fabric in the seat part.
I was dismayed two weeks after I had put it on to see small holes in the vinyl fabric. I've only taken it off once and that process alone left holes where the vinyl has bent and broken. I also noticed that the vinyl is not soft and flexible as it was when first purchased. It is in the full sun for only part of the day, but the area on the cover that get the sun is the part that is breaking.
Would I buy it again. No. But unfortunately I can't get this sort of thing around where I live.

I have a rubbermaid bench seat with storage underneath. Tired of having dust, rain, etc. get inside the bench to the items stored there, I purchased this cover. Not designed for this particular item, it was still a perfect fit. However, after only a couple months of outdoor exposure, the material it is made of is not holding up as I would have expected or as long as was claimed.

[...]It took a very short time to put the cover over the swing and the velcro sides fastened securely around the chains on the swing. It has been a very snowy winter here in Michigan, but no snow has gotten on the swing. I am considering other covers for our patio furniture.

The velcro on this piece was in the wrong place to fit my wicker porch swing, the velcro connected the back & side of the cover instead of connecting the top & side by the arms where it ought to. Also, I pulled the ties a little and they came off. I had no trouble with the other covers, the swing cover just didn't work right.

Previously, I ordered the same cover for my wicker swing and it did a great job of protecting the swing from the outdoor elements...with one exception. A squirrel decided he liked it, also. Anyone who has squirrels in their yard knows how destructive they can be. This time I am replacing the cover with a different color in hopes he want like the "flavor" of the green color. I highly recommend this product. However, be forewarned that nothing can withstand fiendish squirrels once they take a liking to it.

This is the first time that we have used the porch swing cover, and other misc. coverings for outdoor furniture. Seems very sturdy.

Comment: I had ordered several pieces. There was a place inside the plastic wrap to have checked which piece was what. No one had indicated what they were intended to cover, and inside the plastic covering, they all looked alike. Took me a bit to figure out. It would have been great if someone had only taken a few seconds to designate what was what.
