I purchased this pedometer on July 9, 2009 and by Sept it no longer worked. Before this I wore it all the time and loved it.

I returned the first device I bought because I wanted to be able to look at the 7 day total and the total did not maintain a running total of only the last 7 days. Instead, it just kept up adding up all the steps ever measured. Also, the accrued time in activity never makes any sense. Sometimes it says I walked 6 miles in five minutes. When I returned the device for a replacement-at 39 dollars it should work as advertized- the replacement made the same errors. The staff at the store could not tell me if I was using it correctly.

I was given this pedometer as a gift. I like the way it resets itself at midnight and tracks a week worth of progress. It does come with a neck strap, but I need to be able to attach it to my skirts that dont have pockets. I am not going to wear it around my neck at work. Sometimes you can see it count, other times it will appear to not be working then jump 10, 50 or 100 steps. I was hoping to use it when I was on my trampoline, but because it doesn't always count immediately, I found it to be frustrating. I like instant results as a motivator when I jump.

This pedometer is especially motivating, as I can use it however I like, and easily measure my daily “mileage” even when I’m just walking around town.
