I was excited to learn about the HDUO water system- there's nothing like it on the market and takes up less room than a water dispenser and a separate water dish! It works well for both pets and people! However, when bigger pets (eg. dogs) drink, a little water gets under the bowl and doesn't dry well- simple solution, towel under the system. [...] Also, it took a month for both my dogs to drink out of the pet bowl comfortably. Since the pet sensor refills the bowl when it gets to a low sensor point, it can begin to refill when they drink, thus scaring your dog. But even my shy dog loves it now. They always have cold, clean drinking water available!
