Love it, love it. My problem area is my stomach and it has always been. I hate situps, but with the Ab rocket, I cannot wait to get home and do them. I love the support for the back and especially for the head. All I feel working and burning is my stomach and not the neck or the lower back. I have had it for a short while and as of yet, cannot say anything negative about it.

In my opinion this is for the beginner. I own the Ab Lounder. Which I love. But it is big and bulky.
I wanted something smaller to keep in my living room while I watch TV. But it doesn't fold up easily. So my husband gets sick of looking at it and throws it in my bedroom. Its just not as convienient as I thought.

it is very easy to assemble this product and use it daily. You choose the strength by choosing the spring, you can use it when watching a movie. I have used it for a week now and I already feel a tangible change- my waist is more toned after 3 -4 days of exercises. The CD that comes with the package is very helpful, shows the exercises that can be done with the equipment. Feels like being in a class.

A client of mine told me that his wife bought this item, so I got on it and gave it a try. I told her to bring it back to the store. It has limited functional ability in that it only moves in a single plain. Your abdominals are a much more complex set of muscles then what this machine targets. I am a strength and conditioning coach and have seen a lot of pieces like this, and they promise to give you the abs that you have always wanted, when the weight around your waist is not going to be lost with anything except a balanced diet and increased cardiovascular exercise. Don't buy this.

I am a baby boomer who could use some ab toning. As a result I purchased the Ab Rocket. It does the job as advertised. I use the Ab Rocket and would recommend its purchase. The only possible negative is the storage is not as indicated in the T V ads. You have to unhook the the tension bars for under-the-bed storage. Not a deal breaker, but not as easy as seen on T V.
