I have chronic back problems due to a couple of car accidents. It is so nice to have this chair right in my home that I can use any time of the day or night. It's not quite as good as a massage therapist, but it's definitely the next best thing!!!

The chair is good and somewhat effective (my husband and I both have back problems), but we had trouble with the original "M-clips" that work in conjunction with the "seat massage/air bags." Upon the very first massage, you could hear and feel clicks and snaps. At one point, there was a very loud snap and ping, whereupon we looked under the chair to find several gold metallic "M-clips" had broken off from the chair. [...] Bottom line: If you want a real massage, get one. There is still no substitute. The chair is helpful and relaxing, but if you're ready to buy this particular model, make sure that you are buying one with the NEW (silver-colored, not gold-colored) "M-clips." [...]

They deliver the chair, hook it up and you sit and enjoy. Extremely relaxing. Have recently had back problems and this seems to do the trick

remote control is difficult to see since it has white writing on grey colored remote and it doesn't show up.

Keep it in a easy use area, you will want to be able to use it often. Give the chair its time to do its work, you WILL Greatly appreciate it after it does its majic. It is heavy so do not plan on moving it around much.

My job needs me to sit in front of computer all day long, although I workout quite frenquently, 3-5 times a week, my back and shoulder still bothers me now and then. I was so craving for good quality massage so I went on line and finally targeted this one at Brookstone, the price was friendly and its user reviews were appealing. I went to the local store and after 30 minutes try I bought this chair without hesitation. now I can enjoy massage anytime. I have to say this chair might be too hard for thin people, but I solved this problem by puting a thick pad between my back and chair. Although this chair is not as good as professional massage therapist, it's pretty versatile and easy to operate,the leg/thight massage is awesome, especially after intensive workout; afterall, you don't need to tip this chair :)

Both my husband and I have severe back problems. While this doesn't take away the pain, it temporarily relieves it. On the healthcare setting it even gives us that "oh it hurts so good" feeling. I tried more expensive chairs and they didn't go the length of my body the way this one does - from the middle of my head to my ankles. The only thing I don't like is that it isn't real comfortable to sit in just to watch tv without the massagers going. I have a small living room and this is the only chair in it.

This massage chair gives good and powerful massage, and it's easy to use. I use at least once a day as part of my daily routine. The bad thing is the screen of hand-held control goes down in 1 month. But, with the protection plan, I could contact someone to have it fixed.
