I used this buffet service to keep food warm at a corporate lunch; client complained the food was cold when they ate it.

I bought this equipment because I couldn't use a regular chafer with sterno (open flame), which is not allowed at this company. I was hoping it would take the place of a regular chafer in keeping food hot until the client broke for lunch.

I am hoping future uses will prove me wrong, but right now, I'm disappointed that it didn't keep the food as warm as it should have...

We use this tray for entertaining. When we have a dinner party, people usually want seconds. Instead of having to microwave a plate of food, the food is already warm. It also adds a sense of elegance as it is not a common item to have and it almost feel as if you are having the dinner catered.
