WE had looked all over locally for a unit like this. The only one we could find was 5 times more expensive. I had purchased a similar unit for our OREGON home and loved it! Our plumber was soooo suprised how easy it was to install. The day before he had installed another unit from another manufacturer for another customer and it was very time consuming & complicated.....so far we are very pleased with the unit.
