I used this product outside for a huge Halloween party. The sound quality was great and the bass was not over-powering because no neighbors complained.

This is what you are looking for for outside parties--it has plenty of power. Included microphone makes you the DJ and karoake king (or queen). Nice touch with the handle. Black version nice too.

Used this at an outdoor event. Everyone could hear our speaker. Last minute set up changes were easily accomodated. Was perfect without having to worry about extension cords. Nicely designed, so it was easy on the eyes as well as good for the ears.
