I purchased this item two months ago and I have tried several other chairs which are owned by family and friends. I use this chair every day and cannot tell you how good it is compared to the others I have tried. It is the complete package I use it with lights off and listen to the music and use the visual display, which is a great to fall asleep and come back relaxed. As well as using it as a chair to watch TV and get a massage. Basically it is awesome and all my friends and family use it. So far no one has had a complaint.......
