I had a car wreck and have two bulging discs that are non-surgical candidates for repair. Some days are worse than others. I get a massage every two weeks, and this really helps me in between massages to keep my chronic pain under control.

It works best on a desk chair. sofa is too soft. It's very easy to use. But the drawback is it has 1 setting only. After work I like to use it for a few minutes to get my knots out. I shift my body to target more areas. It's a little noisy. And it would be so much nicer if I could have at least one more setting such as an up & down roll as opposed to just kneading. The simplicity is nice but the price for the lack of features is a bit high. Otherwise a good product.
