You need to read the instructions. If you do it's really simple to use.
It seems pretty solid & everything on mine works just fine. I hope that it has durability, only time will tell. Just in case, I got the two year replacement policy.
I also found that when I asked friends & famly to contribute pictures they all got a big kick out of being in on the supprise. That made it fun for more than one person.

I bought the watch for my husband for Father's Day. He was very excited to put pictures of our newborn daughter on it. It is great to be able to use the slide show feature, to show off our baby girl!

Despite downloading software from the manufacturer's website, I was unable to load digital photos from my Apple iMac desktop and PowerBook laptop computers. Easy to load from a PC computer. My father really enjoys his watch (it was his father's Day gift), and he shows off the grandkids with this watch.

It is a very nice looking watch. Looked at others and they looked cheap. This watch you can wear all the time, with a picture that is great.I have not found anything wrong with it. And my wife loves it because it is great to show off the kids and and have family members at your finger tips when you want to remember a lost love one or one that is dear to you still here.

It's nice to always have your favorite pictures with you at all times. BUT, when the battery goes dead, you stuck without a watch-!! Should have put in two batteries, one for the watch and one for the photos. Picture quality isn't very good, but it is just a novelty after all. The watch itself is attractive and the band is leather.

This watch is friendly, easy to use, has a great screen, and is a strong eye catcher. It holds a charge well and recharges quickly.

we r waiting for the arrival of our tenth grandchild- its great to have one place to have all their pictures and not to have to fumble looking for them- the pictures are always up to date and i dont have to worry about having old pictures with us

I was a little concerned that the software would not be compatible with my mac system but it was so easy to download and the pics are so easy to load onto the watch. I love being able to have my favorite pics of my dogs with me all the time. There is nothing negative to say about it.

This watch is an excellent value. I didn't expect the picture quality to be so good, but you can clearly see faces and items in the background.

Finally a gift for my Dad that is something he doesn't already have! He loves his grandkids and now he can wear them on his wrist and brag to his golf buddies. It was so easy to use and the resolution is great.
