The natural sitting position provides back support and even weight distribution through your bottom, and doesn't put as much pressure on your spine, neck, shoulders and wrists as an upright bike. Yet you still get an effective cardiovascular workout. This model features SMR magnetic resistance, so you can adjust your workout force smoothly and quietly. The RPM meter lets you track your revolutions per minute, to help you maintain a constant pace, while the Easy Pulse heart rate monitor allows you to gauge the intensity of your workout. Or use one of the two built-in Pacer workouts, which automatically prompt you when to speed up and slow down. The large LCD display shows your speed, distance and calories burned.
