I wanted to love this bag, but it is too small to hold a standard portfolio with an 8.5 x 11 pad of paper. As much as I'd like to go completely paperless, I can't do business without a regular-sized pad of paper in a leather portfolio. The largest pockets on this bag are about 1/2 inch to small to put in a pad of paper. It is also nearly impossible to put letter-sized prints of documents into the pockets without wrinkling/crushing the document.
BROOKSTONE please make this bag just a hair smaller so it will be practical for use with letter-sized paper and portfolios. I have many Brookstone bags and products, but by making this bag just a tad too small to work, you are teasing me with what I can tell would be very convenient if it were big enough!

In my previous review, I had not found the shoulder strap... even after inspecting four bags.
Once pointed out by a very helpful employee after I returned to the store with my four bags, it was clear that my 2 star review must not be left alone.
So, 5 stars as promised. Great product.
