This version of our Royal-Pedic Organic Cotton Mattress contains our chemical free, French wool wrap encapsilating multiple layers of pristine organic staple cotton padding.

Supported by 10 oz. organic cotton fabric on our Royal Flex 800i double heat tempered innerspring system, and covered in our luxurious German organic cotton woven fabric. Traditional English hand tufting further pre-compresses the organic cotton padding and French wool in the mattress for firm, reliable back support.

Our Double Diamond Box Spring features 50% more coils in the center third for more support where it's needed the most. Made to order especially for you! Firmness Rating: 1 (1 is firmest and 5 is softest within the line). Product includes mattress and box spring.
