This is a decent bag. The construction seems excellent. Top pocket is very convenient for airport checkpoint use. Computer area is difficult to access without unzipping the bag all the way - which is annoying. Front has too many dividers for my travelling needs. If you need to carry bulky files this will be a problem. If not the design would be fine. I am considering cutting out the interior dividers - which is a shame on a brand new bag.

I travel a lot, and I need a case that can hold my computer, as well as drives and documents. This case looks great, holds everything and fits under the seat on most airplane configurations. The handles and extender are comfortable and work very well. I just wish it had a strap. Other than that small inconvenience, I love it.

I purchased this bag at the Charlotte Airport Store when my back pack style Dell case broke a strap. Price and features seemed reasonable. So far I have used it on two trips and found it carries all my gear and then some. It's a rugged bag so I have no doubts my stuff is safe inside as it has a reinforced shell like design. There are lots of internal storage pockets to separate the various gadgets and cords and paperwork you might want to fill it with. It fits easily into overhead bins, even on the smaller regional planes. It's just big enough to hold everything you might want to take on a quick overnight trip but not any more (and I mean you need to be a light road warrior style packer).What I love about this bag is the fact it rolls. I'm much much more comfortable traveling through the airport now compared with a shoulder bag. Should have switched a long time ago.My only wishes for the bag would be that it had a side pocket for a water bottle and also that it would come with a strap to hang it off my bigger roller bag that I need for longer trips. It will sit on top, but due to it's weight, it would work better if it was hung off the front of the bigger bag. I guess I'll by the strap...not a biggie.Overall, I would have given this bag the last star if it had a water bottle pocket and was priced a little lower, but truthfully, I'm very satisfied.Overall, because of my distressed need to buy a bag (strap failure...LOL), I did not have time to shop around much, but in looking at other comparable bags, I now feel like I got a square deal for [$]. If anything, this bag appears to be far more rugged than some similarly priced bags I looked at from the office supply stores.

Love my rolling office. Was disappointed that my 17" Dell would not fit. Made my purchase at the airport w/o my laptop because it was just what I was looking for. Can make it work but just not in the compartment designed for the laptop.

Searched and searched for a rolling bag that would fit my 17" MacBook Pro and allow me to carry extras I need to use CADD software on the road. I also didn't want to break my shoulder with some of the straps I've used.[...] The Targus bag I did have, looks like hell and bruises my shoulder through the airport.Brookstone's Rolling Office separates my MacBook from the accessories so I can quickly remove it at Security Check points and not have to fight the cords to get it back in. The neoprene sleeve and MacBook will be a tight fit however the Rolling Office has plenty of protection for just the laptop. Plus it holds my note pad, sketch book, and pens. Plenty, of space without being a monster to get in an overhead.My favorite pocket is the small compartment that can hold my passport, tickets, and wallet. Fast access without having to dig for it.

Easy to pack, lift and roll right onto the plane. Love that it slides under seat, especially when flight is crowded and overhead space is at a premium.
