I originally ordered this for my father for Christmas[...] my father loved it. It is way better than the other Ipod dock he had and is much safer for when he drives because it is up and easy to adjust to be within reach. I am happy I made this purchase and[...] would do it again. It's a great gift for any Ipod lover.

Adapter with dock was difficult to position, and in fact I was unable to position it so that it did not interfere with gear shift.

This item seems okay, although it tends to be staticy and to utilize the video output you have to string the cables from around your lighter area where the unit is docked to the entertainment center which mine is located in the middle roof of the vehicle.

This was a gift for my electronic minded daughter who is very pleased to be able to add it to her car. The car has a CD player but she uses her I-pod everywhere. She knows that she has to pick and choose the FM channel to avoid transfer problems but being able to listen to her music rather than a radio station or a couple of CDs is a great bonus. I'd buy it again!
