Okay, I dont have this product, but my cousin does, and he lets me use it. I love it! Perfect for taking my Zune on runs, simply relaxing, playing PSP, or listing to my Zune. Best of all, these things are noise canceling!
I love it! Really comfortable. Sound is great!
Very compact for travel.
I use with my smartphone (with an adapter) to listen to music. It works well, but I'm afraid the connections are going to pop loose at any moment. It hasn't yet, so so far so good.
Great for travel and storage. Good but not great sound. Broke after 6 months ... one earbud stopped working.
I mostly use this at the gym and it's so much better than having the long cords of previous earphones getting tangled into equipments or my arms. I run with this on the treadmill and I just slip the housing on my workout tops' shoulder strap to keep it from swinging around. I've sort of pulled one strap more than the other and it seems to temporarily jam, all you have to do is to pull it all the way out and the retractor will pull the cords back it. Overall, I'm pleased with this product and it comes with 2 adapters; 1 for airplanes (2 prongs)and the other is for sharing your music with other people (they can plug their earphone into that adapter).
like the various adapters for ear size and multiple audio devices
The wire broke near the phone jack causing sound to only work in one ear.

Love the retractability, but soon one pair fell apart. i.e one earphone went after two months. I bought two pairs at the same time so at least I had a replacement. Will wait and see how long the second pair holds out. I can't find another retractable manufacturer otherwise I'd switch.
The headphones are comfortable. My only dislike about them is when I run the cord retractor is somewhat heavy, so as I run it tends to pull the headphones out of my ears. Other than that, the sound is great and I have been pleased with them.
I agree with them being fragile. I had a pair for a couple of months before they shorted out. The connection at the plug is weak and broke with normal use.
Like so many others, I've owned two pair and eventually, they wear out. The price is probably a bit high for what they are and do, but they are useful to have and serve their functional purpose well. They just aren't durable and don't last.
But I keep returning to buy a replacement pairs. So that says something . . . . . .
Loved it's retractable feature, very portable and easy for travelling. Bought it for a trip this summer then used it a few times a week for the gym. Good sound, comfortable fit, rubber eartip really blocks ambient noise. Unfortunately, they don't last long. One ear already gave out after only 4 months. This came with 1 yr warranty. Too bad I can't find my receipt!
The sound quality is great. The retractable feature is very useful BUT we have purchased two pairs and both shorted out within a couple of months.

This product is exactly what I was looking for. The sound is better that any of my other ear buds. It is great to travel with and not have to deal with the extra cord. It is very portable.
These earphones are great, but don't hold up to a lot of abuse. I've already broken a pair.
The $35 version of this was so much better. It lasted longer and had the clip to make it stay in place while jogging. The sound was great, but with daily use only lasted a few months.
Very convenient, but fell apart a little too quickly.
It's a compact set and very handy. recoil mechanism works fine. I bought one at the airport and before my trip was done one connection became loose at the stress reliever attachment and the sound was cutting in and out. I had to hold it there to keep both sides working. I hope to get a warranty replacement. Could just be a random thing.
Also, I have trouble keeping regular rigid ear buds in my ear, preferring one that hangs over the ear--especially for running. This looked like it might be softer and fit better, but it still works out of my right ear easily. That was disappointing. But I see people humming along with earbuds all the time so it must be my ear. If you can't keep a bud in, this may be the same.
I loved the concept of this product. I thought it was great that I could run without having the wires from the headphones hanging down and in my way. After three months of continual use the headphones died. [...]
These are great headphones. the retractable cord won't let them tangle-unfortunately they only work in one ear now. the cord needs to be held down or only one ear works....they are about 6 months old =(
Unit is very compact, blocks noise, and sounds decent. But like the other reviewers, I, too easily, lost a rubber ear piece. But the bigger issue is that after about 10 trips, the cord developed a short and one ear/channel works only when you bend the cord around to a certain position. I don't feel that I abused the unit.
I travel all the time on business and bought a pair over a year ago for use with my laptop, mp3 player and inflight entertainment systems. I keep these little babies with me everywhere I go, so you can imagine how fretful I was when I lost one of the rubber tips. Previous reviewer apparently didn't call customer service, because replacement tips ARE available for a nominal fee + s/h. They deliver high quality sound, actually block out quite a bit of background noise and are wonderful for long periods of use (for example, a transcontinental flight). They would be fully perfect, if the extended cord length was 8" longer (and nearer the cord length of the average set of earbuds/headphones). Other than that they are a great companion for any personal audio/video device or notebook pc.
I loved this product because it provided good sound and fit in my pocket. I stopped taking my expensive noise-reducung headphones on airplanes in favor of the convenience of these. But----the ear bud covers rub off in your trouser pocket. They can be easily restored, unless they escape and are lost forever. At which time there is no way to replace the tiny rubber tips--without buying the entire new set of earphones. If they began selling just replacement ear tips (maybe [$]) then these would be a wonderful and practical product.
