I loved that it was inflatable. I was able to keep it in my carry on bag and it didn't take up any room b/c I only inflated it when I needed a nap!

This is an excellent travel inflatable neck pillow. However, the inflatable liner sprung a leak near the nipple / valve and is not fixable. (If it sprung a leak someplace else I would have fixed it w/ bike tire repair patch.)
SELL A REPLACEMENT LINER ALREADY BROOKSTONE, you'll earn more $$ and build more loyalty from your customers by allowing them to buy what needs replacing rather than another entire item and trashing a perfectly good pillow covering.
I have been buying this product for several years. A few years ago I could by one pillow at a time because it would last at least a year. To me that is great value because the price is right and I use it every night to support my neck while sleeping. Now I purchase 4 at a time because like the others stated after about 3 months it starts to leak. I hope this gets fix but it still is a good value, gives my neck the support it needs so I will keep buying this product.

I was very happy with this product until on my second long flight it started to deflate because the seam sprung a leak. I would have replaced the liner but unfortunately did not see that option.
My husband uses it on the bus to and from NYC.

It's a good inflatable travel pillow with a durable and comfortable cover that's definitely a few notches above the quick-grab purchases you can make at the airport, but it doesn't take long for the liner to spring a leak. I'd gladly buy a replacement liner but they're not listed.
It could be more durable. It seems to last a few months at most and develops a leak at the seam. Perhaps these could be reinforced. But a good pillow for those who have neck or sinus problems. I can't sleep without mine.
