This strap was fabulous while it worked. I bought this strap to replace the uncomfortable strap that came with my laptop brief. This strap started tearing at the seams of the padded portion of the strap about a month after I got it. All in all, the strap lasted for five months. It was comfortable while it lasted. The manufacturer should consider "tweaking" the design for sturdier seams.

My breifcase is heavy with my laptop and usually several files. This strap is very comfortable. Even though my last strap (same model) couldn't stand up to the strain, it lasted long enough that the comofort was worth getting another one. I wish it could be made to handle a slightly heavier load (the stiching needs to be stronger)

The strap is extremely better than the one that came with my high priced computer bag. The quality of the strap is remarkable. I expect that my bag will wear out before the strap will.

This strap makes carrying a bag daily to work and when traveling through airports much more comfortable. There is no neck or shoulder strain that occurs when using regular straps on bags.

I have one on my laptop bag, and one on each of my travel duffels...they're great! Grips onto shoulder nicely, and so much more comfortable than the standard straps. They last well too...had one for 2 years, with used it 5 days a week, finally had to replace it.

I came across this strap at the airport. My laptop is a 17" and weighs 11 lbs. This strap helps so much and make it so much more comfortable.
