First, the flag is absolutely top quality and beautiful. It is, in fact, the same brand of flag we flew at my school 50 years ago, and the quality of embroidery, etc., has not diminished. Second, although I had never seen a flag mounted this way before, it absolutely does not tangle or roll even in the strongest of gusty days.

I live in a very windy area and usually am forced to get a new flag every 6 months. So far, this flag seems to have quality construction and the pole has been sturdy and had not twisted the flag. Make sure you tighten the screws tightly to prevent loosening.

We fly the flag every day and it looks great, bright vivid colors. But with only a one-year guarantee, the [$]flag has lasted just as long without fading. It’s not worth the money spent. I would not recommend it to a friend.

The material is very nice and I believe it will resist fading quite well. The seams are a little puckered and loose threads did need to be cut off but all in all very nice.
