This was recommended to me by a Physical Therapist. It really works out those stiff hard knots in your back. If you sit at a desk all day this is a great thing to have. You can place it right on the needed spot and it really does works out those stress knots. It made me feel that I was have a great massage and I didn't have to leave my house to get those knots worked out.

I suffer from migraines and get very tight shoulders and sore muscles. I bought this in hopes that I would not need to pay for massage so often. Wow. This literally hits the spot. It is a little awkward to set up for shoulders and neck, but once you get it situated...it works! I do not use the chair strap, I prop it on the couch.

I like this product a lot. Only thing is I have to put a blanlet over it...the massagers are a bit hard if you are not positioned just right. Also could use a longer cord.
Although the i-need pillow is meant for your back and works well on my back, I primarily use it for my legs. I love to run, and am training for my first triathlon and am hoping to do my second marathon at the end of the summer, and this portable pillow is the best way to loosen up after a run. It is easy to sit with and watch TV, and I can always feel it working! I live in Boston, but brought it to LA with me to use after runs when I visited my cousin. She does ballet, and the first thing she did after dropping me off at the airport was go buy an i-need pillow.

Effective Shiatsu kneading wherever you want it. Position with pillows or cushions to place massager. For specific areas, it works better than massage chairs. Excellent bang for the buck. No equivalent product out there.

I am a massage therapist at a high volume luxury resort and have to admit that I bought this for my b/f so I didn't have to massage him after a hard days work.I got to try it out myself and it worked my back GOOD. I was actually a bit sore the next day. The only draw back is, it's hard to get smaller ares like my neck and arms. It's possible, just a bit difficult. But then again, it probably wasn't made to massage the whole body.You can lean into it as hard as you want to get the right pressure.It feels like knuckles kneading the soft tissue. Such a treat and better than the ones that just vibrate!

I got this for my boyfriend because he really likes getting massages. I've also tried it. You can't use it for long periods of time, because it gets a little painful. Also, it keeps sliding off the chair, but that's probably because we wanted it higher on the back. Otherwise, it was a good price for the item and cute with its own carrying case. The design is pretty good too, with the strap to put on the chair.

Never experienced anything like it. This thing will make you groan with pleasure.Even if you put a lot of pressure against it, it don't slow down.

About half of my family really like it but all of us feel it is too "hard". Give people a optional foam cover and you will please all people.
I use this wonder on all of my back including shoulders. Use since christmas has resulted in relief of muscle spasms of several years standing. This product is great for lower back issues. It's compact and easy to trasport.
Let this little guy loose on my back and shoulders last week and it was great. Really loosened up a big knot in my shoulder. I took to to work and even put it down on the ground and used it on my feet. But be careful - it's easy to overdo it and end up sore the next day.
Highly recommend this product.

Not your typical massager. I'll never look at a hand held unit ever again! And, I've never had a massage that hasn't left me feeling like wanting more or wishing it was more effective - Not this massager! No one can rub the knotts out of your shoulders/back like this INeed thing. You won't be left feeling like you want more. Caution: Don't keep it in one spot for too long - you'll feel bruised. I did purchase 2, 1 for my husband & I and 1 for mother-in-law...she loves it also!

I just bought this yesterday, and I havent put it down yet. Probably as close as you can get to a real deep tissue massage. I have been paying about [$] fo massages the last few months, so this thing pays for itself in a couple uses. I have been suffering from spasms,knots, and trigger points between my shoulder blades for that last year or so from working out as well as boxing. If you have knots and tightness in you back this is for you. I wish I would have found out about this earlier.

My hubby likes using this at the end of a long work day before he goes off to sleep. Unfortunately, we have to buy a separate massager for his neck. it would be nice if this massager was versatile enough for other areas. Otherwise, this is a good massager for the lower back and shoulders.
