I used to make fun of my boyfriend for taking naps everyday until I bought this for him... and soon purchased one for myself once I realized how great it felt! Now we both take a little "nap" after work. I would recommend it whether you use it to relieve pain (like my boyfriend) or just to help relax (like me) - it serves both purposes very well.

I suffer horribly from migraines and a tissue disease. I can't put it into words how wonderful this pillow is. I got home, put the batteries in, and put it behind my neck. I actually started to "relax" for the first time since I can't tell you when! I have told everyone about it. I could be your poster child for the pillow!! LOVE IT!!
