The only true complaint is the method to keep the massager on - you have to press down on the top while trying to cover the area you are massaging.

I brought this product to the 2007 Indiana University Dance Marathon. Students stand for 36 hours straight while playing games and dancing. Everyone LOVED this product and mainly used it on their sore feet. This product allowed muscle tension to dissipate and helped students re-gain feeling in their sore feet. We could not have stood for 36 hours without this product!
