This chair is ergonomic by sheer concept. It is designed to relieve one's poor aching muscles and tension and does a tremendous job of accomplishing that. It is one remarkable machine and in a league all its own. If you sit it along side other chairs, there is just no competition. The massage chair really feels nice and the programs are wonderful. It is very useful after a long day at work as it helps me relax. The chair did come with a CD which is supposed to show you more features about the chair and how to use it, but to be honest, I never bothered to take a look at it.
I do have one major con, however. While the arm massage is a nice feature to have, I tend to use my body massages at an almost flat position. Because I am laying down, my arms nearly come completely out of the armrests and so all the squeezing that is done for the arms is done on my wrists. Note to everyone:make sure you take your watch off or you will feel it!

This has to be one of the best chairs that I have ever brought. I would buy this product again and again.
