I was surprised by how well this works. When you're using it, it doesn't seem like it's doing much, but when you're done and you move your neck around it's amazing how loose the muscles have become! Using this daily has almost entirely eliminiated my tension headaches, which I used to get daily.

Comfortable and easy-to-use, the Real-Ease Neck Support is a very useful tool to help with head and neck pain. I found it very comfortable, although others in my family didn't like the "sqeezy feeling" on their head. I can feel immediate relief when using, and using it for the suggested 10-15 minutes really does help. I would like some sort of cover, or washable pads, however.

I tend to develop neck tension due to many things during my workday, including stress. I've had two neck surgeries in the past and because of that I used neck traction almost daily. REAL-EaSE completely relaxes me and the tense neck muscles. I use the neck support 2-3 times per week and no longer use the previous traction device. I have also purchased REAL-EaSE for my daughter with very positive results.

I have always had frequent headaches, perhaps caused by whiplash several years ago. I have lots of tension in my shoulders and neck and this really helps! It allows me to relax my muscles as my neck gets the proper curve. My chiropractor recommended using a rolled towel or foam pillow, but this is so much better than both of those! Less tension and less headaches! Given 4 stars because it could be a little heavier plastic with a more dense foam. Other than that, it's great

I bought this because of constant tension headaches and I use it for 15 minutes every night. I hasve had it for about 2 months and I have not had a headache yet. It feels akward when using but after it feels great.

I have fibromyalgia with frequent headaches. Just using the Real-Ease for 15 minutes can often relieve tension headaches. Too bad you aren't supposed to sleep with it because I know I could.

This little device really did help relieve the pulled muscles in my neck and shoulder! I use it when I meditate. And it cradles my neck just enough while watching TV on the sofa.

I purchased two of these - one for me and one for my wife, and we use them on a daily basis ... at least I do. She uses hers at least 3 to 5x per week. Often, I use it in the morning to get out the kinks and before bed to relax neck and shoulder tension. IT REALLY WORKS!

I bought this product because I have lots of neck and shoulder pain. I get massages periodically to help; my masseuse usually rolls up a towel and places it under my neck for about 10- 15 minutes of the massage. I've tried to do this at home myself but never seem to get the same effect. I don't know if I roll up the towel wrong? or my towels are a different thickness? or I don't place it correctly? This neck support takes all that out of the equation. It does help release tension, as advertised. I could go either way on the recommendation though. If you can get the towel method right, why spend the $ for this? But if you can't, this is foolproof...

It's a good little gadget to stretch out light tension but it doesn't get to the deep muscles. I have disc degeneration and need more stretching than this has to offer. For someone that just needs to get a little pull, it would work well.

After a long day of working this product helps to relieve the stress and tightness in the neck and helps me to relax. Also I take it to work and use it during my lunch to help release stress. My doctor said that it will help to put the correct curve back into my neck.

My husband has chronic migraines and one of the problems he has with them is a very tense neck. I saw this product in the catalog and thought it would be a great valentine's day present for him. He's tried it a few times and has said that it definitely helps relieve some of the tension in his neck. Anything that helps him gets two thumbs up in my book.

I use this product to relieve tension or stress in my neck and shoulders area. It's easy to use, however I don't believe it is very sturdy. There is some movement when I rest my neck completely on the Real Ease Neck Support.

This product really helps with the issues I have with my neck. I try to use it 20 minutes every monring and it starts my day out just right. My neck has a lot more pain throughout the day on days when I could not use it in the morning. I am also sleeping better.

The good thing about it is that if I lie down with it for 10 to 15 minutes, ususally the tension in my neck is reduced. The bad thing is that it really isn't that relaxing while I am lying on it.

I have migraine headaches that often come up from my neck. The first time I used this neck support I felt like I was starting to drift off to sleep. It seems to calm and relax me probably because my neck has enough support to release the tension and tightness. I saw it in an ad and was drawn to it because of its simplicity.

As a dental hygienist I suffer from chronic neck, shoulder tension & pain which contribute to frequent headaches. Using this product at the end of the day had decreased the frequency of headaches.

This product does relax my neck, even though it's a little unstable as you are resting on it. It's not as productive as I had hoped, but it will serve the purpose.

The neck support gives relief to tight shoulders and stiff necks. It is not comfortable to use. Lying down doing nothing can be boring. I haven't been able to use it in a sitting position though the instructions say you can.

I ordered this for myself and sister-in-law. It's a nice way to remind yourself to take the few minutes to relax and even meditate. Makes me relax from the base of my skull, down my neck and into my shoulders. I can then relax the rest of my spine and body.

I waited to purchase the product for my husband's chronic neck tension afraid it was a gimmick. After it appeared in nummerous catalogues, I trusted Brookstone would not continue carrying a useless product. It is amazing the relief he gets using it 15 minutes prior to sleep. It's really easy to use and figure out. Feels good while you're laying there. You have to use it on a hard surface (floor), so the rest of you suffers a little. Wish it was a little bit sturdier for the larger heads of the world.

It's good at helping to release tension at in your neck. It could use 2 wooden rotating balls at the base of the skull to force the tension out.

The fit on this product does not seem to be quite right. Perhaps I have not used it consistently enough, but the tension in my neck and shoulders was not relieved to the degree expected.

For something that you lay your head on and that's supposed to relieve stress, I expected this would have a more solid construction. The plastic is pretty thin and I'm a little embarrassed to give this as a gift to my very picky sister.

I find this comfortable when using it, but haven't noticed an actual difference in my neck discomfort overall. I've only had it for a couple of weeks though, and plan to continue using it to see if it helps over time.

This product is great! It helps to relieve the pressure and stress in the neck, shoulders, and upper back, which in turn reduces the frequency of headaches. Easy to use. Great after a long day at work or on the computer. I would definitely buy again.

I love this product! It helps relieve the pressure in the neck, shoulders, and back muscles to ease headaches and migraines. Easy to use, only drawback is that you have to lie down on a hard surface to unsure that your head is properly in place. Great stress reliever. I would purchase it again.
