The quality and construction are superb. Coffee stays hot for hours! You can't even feel the heat through the cup walls. Two caveats: be careful when drinking hot coffee as it stays pipping hot -- does not cool off at the same rate as other cups. Also, the lid does not screw on securely -- it just pops on and can also pop off. I spilled my drink when trying to set down the cup -- the lid started coming off and I lost my grip. Other than that, this is the best travel cup I've ever had.

sometimes the ice blocks the opening and makes the water a little slow. needs a screen under opening to avoid this.
if it tips over water comes out. can't figure out how the ice stays in there all day
have it in my car everytime I go out and on my golf cart

This is the best thermal tumbler I have come across. Don't waste your money buying cheap thermal after thermal and getting disappointed (as I did) because they don't keep your drinks cold/hot enough for long enough. I put ice water in mine to keep by the bed at night and in the morning there's still a big chunk of ice in the cup! Great for hot drinks too! This a small investment that will be well worth it!

This is the BEST travel mug I've ever found and I've had my share. I travel a lot for work plus I have a 45 min (or longer) commute in the morning. I couldn't possibly recommend this any higher!
